About Me
Hi, I’m Kate, I am a Dog Walker, Pet Sitter for cats and small animals and much more. I also offer a dog sitting service for elderly dogs and puppies.
From a very early age animals were a huge part of my life. My parents set up and ran a wild bird/animal rescue from our house! This is where my true passion began.
One of my first weekend jobs was at a gun dog rescue and training kennels where I did dog walking and helped with some training. I went on to complete a National Diploma in Animal Care and was then lucky enough to find a placement at a Veterinary Surgery.
Qualified as a Veterinary Nurse
In the year 2000 I Qualified as a Veterinary Nurse. That same year I moved to a Veterinary Hospital becoming Deputy Head Nurse within two years. After a further two years I became Head Nurse at the hospital and also worked for the Out of Hours Emergency Clinic.
I have many years of Continued Professional Development including a Certificate in Small Animal Dentistry, assessor qualifications, courses in management of Diabetes (small animals) and Nutrition.
After leaving the hospital I worked for Lincolnshire Police before eventually leaving to begin a family.

Start of the Dog walker and much more
During 2019 I decided to bite the bullet and chase my dream of working with animals again with both children now being at school! I absolutely love the outdoors and cannot wait to get started and meet some of your gorgeous pets and care for them when you’re not there.
I am fully insured, and DBS checked (formally CRB)
